2. Subscription Terms
2.1. Enrollment
By signing up for our subscription scheme, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. The subscription provides access to our online solution for reporting packaging, which is covered by producer responsibility.
2.2. Awards
All prices are quoted in Danish kroner (DKK) excluding VAT, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices with appropriate notice. Current prices can always be viewed on our pricing page on the website. If, during a subscription period, the customer exceeds the limits of the selected scheme, an upgrade to the appropriate subscription will be made and charged the difference amount.
2.3. Payment
Payment for the subscription is made online via debit card. By registering, the customer agrees that Emballage Indrettning ApS automatically deducts the subscription payment from the stated payment card at each subscription period. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the payment information is correct and up to date.
2.4. Binding and Termination
The subscription runs until terminated by either party. The Customer may terminate the subscription at any time with one month's notice until the end of a subscription period. Termination must be made in writing by e-mail to info@emballageindberetning.dk.
3. Provision of service
After completing the payment, the customer will have access to our online solution. Access information will be sent to the email address provided by the customer when registering.
4. Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Act does not apply to corporate customers. The purchase of subscriptions and related services from Emballage Indertning ApS is binding from the moment the agreement is concluded and no right of withdrawal is granted.
5. Responsibilities and obligations
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information reported is correct and in accordance with applicable producer liability legislation. Packaging Reporting ApS cannot be held responsible for errors in customer reports or non-compliance with legislation.
6th. Changes to trading conditions
Packaging Notification ApS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. Changes will be notified to the customer with appropriate notice and will take effect from the next subscription period.
7. Personal data
The processing of personal data takes place in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.
8. Choice of law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with these Terms shall be brought before the Danish courts.
By signing up for our subscription scheme, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
